Brittney Arviso

My name is Brittney, I work as a medical assistant at Desert Cardiovascular Consultants. I triage patients, get their charts up to date and after their visit make sure all necessary tests are ordered and medicine and procedures scheduled
I am originally from New Mexico and moved to Las Vegas eleven years ago. I have been working in cardiology for the past 5 years in Las Vegas. Working in Cardiology has taught me when the heart is affected many other systems malfunction as well. Dr. Khan teaches us as he treats his patients. Working for DCC is very knowledgeable and fulfilling.

Analy Gonzalez

Analy Gonzalez

My name is Analy. I’m 21-year-old. I am the first face you see at Desert Cardiovascular Consultants. I work at the front desk and my primary goal is to make patients feel welcome and comfortable about coming to see the doctors.
I have no kids, but I have a little pug names Ramen. Interesting facts about me are that I’m left-handed, and I like making balloon animals. I’m a first-generation college student at UNLV. Although I’m incredibly proud of myself it could sometimes be challenging.
I love working with Dr. Khan and the staff of DCC who have become great mentors and role models for me. Dr. Khan and my colleagues have everything to provide advice, guidance, and support for my future.
I thank my lucky stars every time I walk into Desert Cardiovascular Consultants for the opportunity to learn and grow.

Michael Mandigma

Michelle Webb

Hello! My name is Michelle and I’m one of Dr Khans assistants here. I support the front and back office. I like to help out wherever I’m needed! If you don’t find me sitting at the front desks checking patients in/out or answering the phones, then I’m in the back office with our technologists or getting patients ready for their appointments with Dr Khan. I enjoy seeing our patients arrive knowing they’re in good hands with me. I’m glad to be a part of this office staff. In my free time, I like to relax with something comical to watch on TV. I am a “Disney Adult” and I’m regularly planning my next visit.

Mercedes Martinez

Hi everyone! My name Is Mercedes. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field.
I began my career as an EMT and later pursued a career as a Medical Assistant. I have been in the medical field for 10 years and have enjoyed every minute of it.
The Cardiovascular field holds a very special place in my heart as my father passed away from cardiac disease. It has been a blessing to work alongside Dr. Zia Khan over the past 5 years and be allowed to learn more about cardiovascular disease and how to treat and manage it.
My goal at Desert Cardiovascular Consultants has always been to provide top patient care and treat each patient as a family member of ours.
I feel very fortunate to be able to provide exceptional patient care to patients who may not be experiencing their best moments dealing with cardiovascular disease.
I have learned so much throughout the years and look forward to growing and expanding my knowledge even further at DCC.
